Ioanita has extensive experience as a Family Law Solicitor and left New Zealand in 2003, after a career as a Family Law and Civil litigation Solicitor for approximately 10 years and then a Barrister from 1998 practising mainly in family law, to return to Sydney. She brings her experience, knowledge and sound judgment to cases and is able to assist people in property and children's custody and access matters efficiently. In particular, her civil litigation experience gives her insight into some of the more complex propery matters involving trusts, corporations and third parties.
Ioanita is a member of the NSW Family Law Section and is an associated member of the Family Law Section in New Zealand.
She has an easy going manner and a can-do attitude which makes her very approachable.
